Refund and Returns Policy

Broken item
On delivery, if any of your products have been broken or spilled, please notify us as soon as possible. This will give you the option to return the entire parcel or just the broken item/items. You must notify us within 7 days of the parcel been delivered or we may not be able to submit your reimbursement.
All refund, returns and reimbursements will be submitted within 14 days once we are notified. Please ensure all returns are given in their original box to avoid any further damage.

Incorrect Item
If you receive an incorrect item out of error, you may return this to us and we will provide a refund or a replacement of the incorrect item (if in stock). A replacement / refund will be sent once we have received the item from you.
We will cover postage costs for incorrect items.

Unwanted Items
Due to health and safety reasons, any product which has been opened will not be eligible to be returned.
