TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before purchasing any products from our website, please follow the terms and conditions stated on this page. Please read these terms carefully before you submitting any orders with us. These terms will tell you who we are, how we will provide you with our products, what to do if a problem occurs and general information.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of our products vary and will be indicated on the order page when you place your order.
We accept payments with VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron and other debit and credit cards. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them.

PRODUCTS
The images of products that are on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Your product may vary from our images.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
If when receiving an item from us and they are damaged on delivery. We can only reimburse a refund or replacement if the proof of purchase is presented. After inspection of the item, we will verify if it qualifies for a refund.

POSTAGE
We deliver everywhere in the UK (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and Scottish islands). For the rest of the world please check with us before placing an order. Standard delivery within the UK is FREE for orders over £100. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order to reach you.

Next day postage - £5.00

We are monitoring the current global situation and this may result in change of delivery times due to the ongoing situation surrounding COVID-19. All orders will be processed on the next working day of the time of your order. This is not a guaranteed service and delivery times may vary at times due to delays with courier partners which is outside of our control.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
If we are given instructions by you to leave your items at a safe place outside of your home, we can not be held responsobile if it goes missing.

CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations for orders must be done within 24 hours of the day you placed your order. Please email us at info@alternativefragrance.co.uk to cancel your order
You will receive a full refund within 30 days of your cancellation.
